If you’re looking for the ultimate EDM scene while on holiday in Sin City, look no further than Zouk Las Vegas. While many venues on the Strip offer House music and electronic beats you can lose yourself to, this new up-and-comer has continually hosted the top names in the genre on its stage since it opened. As the flagship nightclub for the brand spanking new Resorts World property, this spot had big shoes to fill, especially competing with world-renowned names like Hakkasan, Omnia, Marquee, and XS. However, despite the pandemic and steep opposition from longer-standing clubs, Zouk has soared with flying colors. One of the main reasons for this is the acts it continues to book, with big names like Tiesto, Deadmau5, Cash Cash, and even a new residency featuring Travis Scott.
Zouk is predominantly known for the EDM shows it puts on to the pleasure of partygoers who come from near and far, this new contract with Scott will pull in people who have a broader music taste. However, the rapper’s residency doesn’t mean Zouk will stray away from it’s roots in House and Electronic sounds. In fact, this coming Friday, September 23, Tiesto will take the stage, followed by an epic performance on Saturday, September 24 by Deadmau5. Tiesto signed a three-year contract with the Resorts World gem back in 2021, bringing with him a diehard following that stretches back years. The popular DJ is no stranger to Vegas, having performed on Hakkasan’s sprawling dais for many years, as well as making a coveted and memorable appearance at EDC this past May. He is as much ingrained in the club scene as the mind-blowing light shows that accompany every act, setting precedence for every other EDM DJ on the scene.
Tiesto isn’t the only huge star to take over the balmy Vegas evenings this coming fall. Zedd, Nervo, and Galantis will all be making their way to the stage over the next two months, promising to keep the EDM vibe rolling through the city. Zedd also has a history with Hakkasan Group, and the German DJ continues to provide music lovers with the best of the best during his performances. Since 2009 he has regularly pumped out party hits, solidifying his role in the genre’s history and future. Together or separately, Tiesto and Zedd are a headline that would be enough to secure a sell-out evening any time they are scheduled to play, but adding in dynamic duo Nervo and Galantis will ensure Zouk is at the top of everyone’s list.
It wouldn’t even matter if the venue was average (which it’s not) or the space was unbearably small (also not the case). With such massive names promising to fill the night air with tunes you can’t help but dance to, this club would fill up regardless. However, the impressive design and knowledgeable management, which already has a club of the same name in Singapore, know how to throw a party, but most importantly, they know what sells. Don’t expect the line-ups to slow down any time soon – but make sure to book your tickets, tables, or guest list ahead of time because these artists are sure to bring in the masses. The only question is: will you be there?
