The table minimum (or bottle service minimum spend) given to you by your host, includes food and alcohol. For example if you have a $2,000 table minimum, after eating your meal, you will need to purchase a bottle or two depending on how much is left to meet your minimum. If your food and bottle fall short of $2,000 before tax and gratuity, you will need to meet that minimum by buying menu items such as waters, Red Bulls or another bottle. Anything over your minimum spend, you are required to pay.
