New Year’s Eve 2023 will be a big affair no matter where you are, but Las Vegas goes bigger and harder than most cities. It will come as no shock that the clubs and venues in town spend the big bucks to ensure everything is more impressive, more decadent, and more mind-blowing than anything else, and each year Sin City ups the anty. If you’re planning to celebrate a brand new year in a place that knows how to host a party, the only thing you need to worry about is choosing the ideal venue once you’re booked. This comprehensive list will help make that decision a little easier, or it might just entice you to try and get to more than one. While that could be a challenge, at least you’ll have all the info at your fingertips to make an educated decision – and time to book early because this is one date you don’t want to procrastinate with.
Las Vegas New Years Nightclub Events:
Drai’s Nightclub:
Are you ready for some truly incredible musical performances to start your new year off? If you’re hoping to go out and see some of the best Hip Hop performers this generation has to offer, look no further than Drai’s Nightclub. Beginning December 30, the club will be hosting Gucci Mane, giving the crowds what they want in blazing technicolor and sound (thanks to the state-of-the-art LED screens and sound system). You’re going to want to stick around (aka come back the next night after a sleep and a shower) because Chris Brown will be heading the New Years Eve festivities, and his is not a performance to be missed. All 30,000 sq ft of Drai’s will be abuzz with the concert, and you can stay inside to dance along to Brown’s intoxicating verses, or head outside to watch the twinkling lights of the city from the rooftop oasis. Sunday, January 1 will feature E-40 to close out the weekend, giving you three chances to get to Drai’s and celebrate in true Vegas fashion. Book tickets and bottle service ahead of time, because these events are likely to sell out.
Zouk Nightclub:
Starting December 30, Zouk will be rocking the celebrations with headliner Zedd. The popular club, which is situated inside Resorts World, has hosted everyone from Cash Cash to Tiesto and continues to hold a top spot as one of the most coveted venues in the city. Despite being a new addition to the roster, Zouk came in loud and proud, offering guests the chance to party with their favorite performers on a regular basis. With 26,060 sq ft of space and a state-of-the-art set-up, the space is considered one of the most technologically advanced clubs on the scene. They will also feature Tiesto on New Year’s Eve, so make sure to book your tickets and bottle service in advance as this event will sell out!
XS Nightclub:
If XS was already on your list of potential clubs to attend for NYE weekend, don’t even bother removing it. Their lineup is unreal, with some of the best DJs of the decade performing beginning December 30. If you’re ready for the long haul, snag tickets or a table for Marshmello on Friday, and while you’re at it, grab reservations for The Chainsmokers on the 31st. If you really want to go hard, you can also catch RL Grime at Encore Beach from 12 pm, where the day party takes on a whole new meaning. You might need a Red Bull or two, but what is New Years if not one big all day party? Remember, this weekend is a marathon, not a sprint, and XS is finishing it all off with DJ Ruckus on January 1. Can you handle all three days… why not try it and find out?
Marquee Nightclub:
Marquee is 60,000 sq ft of epic festivities, and this holiday season they aren’t messing around. Beginning December 30, you can catch Mustard on the main stage, or explore the other two rooms which provide different music and layouts. If you’re saving it for the big one, DJ Pauly D will be taking over the decks on NYE, providing patrons with an astounding performance that only the OG Jersey Shore star could lay down. Marquee is no stranger to hosting big events, and to wrap up the weekend they will be throwing their Night Circus Sunday featuring DJ E-Rock. The Cosmopolitan Hotel is known for its lavish lifestyle settings, and the Circus setup brings the excitement of the Big Top straight into Marquee’s venue, offering guests the chance to play, party, and partake in games, photo ops, and luxurious layouts. Get your tickets and bottle service now, before it’s too late.
Tao Nightclub:
It shouldn’t come as any surprise that Tao has some big plans for NYE weekend, kicking off with Justin Credible on December 30. The following evening on December 31, we will see O.T. Genasis on the stage making sure every single person is going hard for NY celebrations, turning the intimate club into a wild, hedonistic mixture of bliss and excitement. All 10,000 sq ft of the Asian-inspired venue will be filled with music lovers who have flocked from near and far to immerse themselves in the festivities TAO Group is known for. Don’t miss out on your tickets and bottle service.
Hakkasan Nightclub:
You’re in for a real treat if Hakkasan was on your radar, too, because like the other venues, they are pulling out all the stops with their NYE lineups. The club is also covering all the popular music genres Las Vegas is known for hosting, including Hip Hop artists, EDM legends, and Top 40 favs. On December 30, Tyga and DJ Sourmilk are taking control of the mic, giving guests the chance to see an icon live and in the flesh to gear up the celebrations. Once you get your fill that night, consider going back for round two on NYE to ring in the resolutions with Illenium. The DJ even sounds like something that should be heard on the biggest night of the year, so why not? If you’re craving a delicious meal before spending the rest of the evening under confetti (and possibly champagne) showers, check out the attached Hakkasan restaurant which serves incredible Asian-fusion inspired dishes. The club itself is 80,000 sq ft of sheer luxury, with five levels that include a Hip Hip room solely designated to giving the genre its own space with a DJ and lavish table setups. There is also a Pavillion and Mezzanine, both of which offer the chance to enjoy the upscale offerings that made Hakkasan such a favorite on the party docket. Make sure to get your tickets if you decide to opt out of purchasing a table.
Omnia Nightclub:
If you haven’t heard of Omnia, you’re missing out, but there is still time to rectify things and get up to date with one of the hottest and most immersive nightclubs in the city. For those who do know the name, they will be expecting big celebrations, and their dreams won’t be dashed with the lineup Omnia is providing over New Years weekend. Friday, December 30 will welcome Alesso to the main stage, keeping with the club’s theme of hosting some of the biggest names in House and EDM music. Don’t expect the festivities to calm down from there – Alesso is just the beginning of an immense weekend. The headliner for New Years Eve is none other than the party DJ himself: Steve Aoki. Known for throwing cake and champagne, there is no question as to whether his show will result in pure chaos (the good kind). Sunday will wind the celebrations down with Omnia’s coveted Latin Night with DESEO, sure to give the good vibes for those who are still partying. The venue offers guests 75,000 sq ft of space to explore while inside, including a garden terrace that overlooks the Strip and has a variety of lavish tables to enjoy. Heart of Omnia is a separate room inside the club that usually hosts industry people and open-format DJs who play to a more intimate crowd. If you want to witness this first hand, get yourself a ticket or table.
Jewel Nightclub:
If you’re looking for a place to celebrate New Years that provides the quintessential Vegas vibes in a more intimate setting, Jewel is the place for you. The 1,400 sq ft space doesn’t need multiple rooms or levels to compete with the other clubs, because its incredible layout, luxury booths and tables, as well as the impressive LED ribbons that turn the venue into a world of color and sound will leave you awestruck. Not only does the venue provide guests with the tangible experience, but their DJ lineup for New Years weekend is just as epic. December 30 will find DJ Drama leading the charge into the celebrations, followed by the man, myth, and legend himself: Lil Jon on December 31. His shows are renowned throughout Sin City, and it’s likely to be one for the books, so make sure to book a table or tickets ahead of time to ensure you get a spot in this tiny but mighty club.
Las Vegas New Years Eve Insider Tips
If you want to ring in the New Year at one of Vegas’s top nightclubs, here are a few things to keep in mind.
Purchase Pre-Sale Tickets:
On New Year’s Eve, normal nightclub guest lists are suspended and those wishing to bring in the new year in style are required to buy tickets in advance. It’s one of the few holidays where the clubs require tickets for entrance. Tickets can be purchased online directly from each venue or online from our event calendar. We suggest not waiting until the last minute to purchase tickets for two reasons: there’s a good chance the event will sell out, and the ticket prices tend to increase as the date gets closer to December 31st.
Bottle Service Reservations:
What about nightclub table reservations and bottle service for New Years Eve? Like always, the ultimate VIP experience in Las Vegas nightlife is with bottle service. There is no better way to ring in the new year with your family and friends than inside some of the best parties in the world. Keep in mind that prices are likely to be a bit higher on NYE than on normal nights. To book a table, click here to contact a host.
Dress Code:
If ever there was a time to break out your best, a Vegas nightclub on New Year’s Eve is it. You can get all the info on the dress code here or view the dress code at each individual club, but also know that for this special occasion partiers tend to go a bit dressier. So if you have a new suit or an amazing new dress, feel free to rock it.
