If not originally from Las Vegas, where did you move here from?

Honolulu, Hawaii

How did you start working in the nightlife or hospitality industry? Give a brief work history / background.

I’ve always loved the hospitality / nightlife industry. Ever since I was 18 I hopped around bars and clubs in Honolulu and Scottsdale. I moved to Las Vegas about 2 years ago and I opened up Topgolf Las Vegas. Recently I got hired at Apex Social Club and had the pleasure of opening up that venue as well.

Now that you are working in the industry, what is different about your lifestyle?

Honestly, not much has changed except a change of scenery in a new work environment and going out for work outings here and there. I’m a down-to-earth kind of girl and will always stay true to myself.

What does a typical day at work look like for you and what is your “normal” schedule?

A typical day at Apex for me is super fun! I’m lucky to have a job where work feels like play. My normal schedule is usually 9pm-5am Thursday-Sunday.

How long does it take you to get ready for work?

A little over an hour!

How many nights a week do you go out (to a club)?

Once a week I’d say

Who is your favorite DJ/performer in the Las Vegas market right now?

Marshmellow or Kygo

What is your drink (alcoholic) of choice?

Tequila!

What is your secret cure to a hangover?

Sleep all day lol

What was the longest timeframe you have stayed awake? When and why?

I always seem to pull all nighters where I’ll stay up for 2 day’s straight… lol whether it be studying for school or going out late and needing to do something the next morning.

What do you enjoy most about working in the nightlife or hospitality industry in Las Vegas?

I love meeting new people every night and the connections you make. I also enjoy having such a fun job and making lots of monies! $$$

What is your least favorite part about working in the nightlife or hospitality industry in Las Vegas?

Dealing with the drunks

If you were not working in nightlife or hospitality, what would you be doing?

I would be at Topgolf full time and pursuing my bachelors degree in business at UNLV (I’m still doing both of those lol)

Do you have a mentor in the industry? If so, who? If not, who would you like to be mentored by?

No. I don’t think I need a mentor for this industry.

Craziest or most memorable experience working in the nightlife or hospitality industry in Las Vegas?

A lot of my craziest experiences in Las Vegas happened when I first moved here about 2 years ago before I started working in the industry. There’s too many to tell! Lol Vegas is a crazy place.
